Production process

For all steel fences we produced, the raw materials are pre-galvanized tubes. After welding, the finishing is powder coated black or other color on your requirement. Galvanized and powder coating provide a double protection for the fence panel to prevent rust.That is why the steel fence can have such a long service life.

Packaging & Shipping

We put the Sponge membrane or bubble membrane between each panel. That can protect the panel surface. Then, we use very strong chemical fiber straps to fix tightly the packaging.When load or unload them, you only need to handle the forklift to take packagings into container or your warehouse.

Panels that can suit up and down hills or slope terrain.

 

There are mainly 2 ways to suit the slope, one way is to make the fence into a slope fence, it can adjust 

according to the slope. 

 

The other way is to install the fence like stairs step.
