Electro galvanized wire is a type of metal product that is made by coating ordinary iron wire or steel wire with a layer of zinc through a special electroplating process. The electroplating process involves immersing the wire in an electrolyte solution and passing an electric current through it, which causes the zinc ions in the solution to deposit onto the wire surface. Electro galvanized wire is commonly used in construction, furniture, decoration, transportation, agriculture, animal husbandry, and other industries due to its corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and durability.Normally for electro galvanized wire zinc coated is 15-20g/M2, the efficacy is slow, zinc film appears uniform, thin, bright shining. The property of anti-corrosion, anti-rust keeps in several monthes.Galvanzied iron wire Can be supplied in the form of coil wire, spool wire or further processed into straightened cut wire or U type wire. Single coil package can be as small as 1 kg and up to maximum 500 kg per coil.
