Technology and features

      Normally for electro galvanized wire zinc coated is 15-20g/m2, the efficacy is slow, zinc film appears uniform, thin, bright shining. The property of anti-corrosion, anti-rust keeps in several monthes.

      Hotdipped galvanized wire zinc coated is 40-50g/m2, 100g/m2, 200g/m2, 300g/m2. The efficacy is fast, with Thick zinc coating the zinc film is nonuniform, the color not so bright as electro galvanized wire, but is has good anti-corrosion, anti-rust performance that keeping in more than ten years in outside environment.
