Construction Building EPS 3D Wire Panel Machine in China
3D panel is a new wire mesh products, mainly used in construction. It's popular because of its high tensile & easy to install. 3D panel is a prefabricated Three Dimensional Lightweight Structural panel consisting of a super-insulated polystyrene core sandwiched between two engineered layers of Steel Welded Wire Fabric Mesh. To complete the panel form process a Steel wire truss is pierced completely through the polystyrene core and welded to each of the outer layer sheets of Steel welded wire fabric mesh.
3D Panel: length 2.4-3m, width 1.2m, thickness 70-150mm, thickness of eps (polystyrene) core 50-130mm
Steel wire: low carbon galvanized cold drawing wire, dimension 2-3mm, strength above 550Mpa. Special wire can be ordered according to customer's requirements.
